Hey there, I'm a little computer illiterate but have followed all instructions for sound to come back after disappearing a month ago. I didn't worry at first as i thought the kids had muted b mistake but after sitting down this week I cant get any sound what so ever. I have tried other speakers and still not had sound. Does anyone have any idea to fix this? I have an Acer Aspire desktop and vista home basic 32bit so what would my sound card show as? I am struggling to see that. I have run Microsoft FixIt and it says everything is fine but still no sound.
