no long E-Mails

Hope this is the right place to post this. If not please redirect me.
I can not send long E-Mails IE with movies or pictures. the first message I get is: your SMTP server has not responed in 60 seconds. would you like to wait another 60 seconds for the server to respond. Account: ATTnet E-Mail, server:mailhost. worldnet.att.net
then I get the error protocol: SMTP, Port: 25 secure(SSL) NO, error number: 0x800CCC19.
does anyone have this problem besides me?

common issue its a timeout error. Most common cause is your av email scan. disable email scanning on your antivirus and see if it sends

known issue antivirus like norton mcafee avg avast etc comed with a email scanner disable only the email scanner the problem will be resolved.
