Is it a Laptop or a Desktop?

Have you tried to reinstall the Drivers for the Audio Device

Please see the Attachment for more information

YOU WILL NEED TO BE AN ADMINISTRATOR

Hope This Helps,
Josh

Hi
Sorry to learn your working sound driver works no more as i speak. This at times happen when you don't observe what's updating in win update centre. Am sure an update to previously installed drivers were updated as well. Try the following to see if the issue is resolved:
1. Roll back your sound drivers by selecting speaker icon in the control panel and restart your system.

If the above solve your problem not then try step 2:
2. Go to device management and Uninstall sound drivers present and restart again.

On restart your windows will detect a new device and will try to install it's drivers. If your system was working ok previously then best drivers will be selected by default. If not then restart your system and make sure you are connected to internet before a pop up to install sound driver appears. When done just select recommended option and give it time as it searches through windows update.

Hope everything will be fine otherwise realtek is tha last option though not so good with 32bit system.
