Hello!
Mine is a vista business basic programme. I was pestered to delete my adobe player and to reinstall another one by some pop-up window and I was in the midst of downloading the new player as linked by the window. However, my windows explorer hanged and I decided to close all applications and shut down.
However, when i start up my notebook 5 minutes later, this message was seen.
I have only one user profile, and i believe my one user profile is my administrator profile.
There is no problem starting up my laptop, just that whenever i key in my password to enter my only user profile, I cannot enter so i am unable to use any of the methods listed here.
Will there be a need to format or re-install everything in my notebook? Because all my files are for my academic use.
