Hi,

Can you please browse to C:\Windows\Minidump, zip up the contents of that folder, and upload it to your next post. Then we may be able to help you.

Thanks,

Richard

Hi,

Sorry for my late reply. I have analysed your dump file for you:

STOP: 0x0000000a:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Usual Causes: Device Driver
Probable culprit driver: ntkrnlpa.exe

Make sure your Windows is completely up-to-date, make sure you update ALL your drivers, in particular your network card and graphics card. Make sure your anti-virus is completely up to date. What anti-virus do you use? Does this happen when you are doing anything in particular, going into or coming out of hibernation mode? How often does this BSOD happen, and do you have any more dump files? Anything else you think we should know?

Don't worry yet. I am sure we can fix this issue soon.

Richard
