hey all im thinking of assembling a new rig

ASUS Rampage II Extreme LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard

Intel Core i7 940 2.93GHz LGA 1366 Quad-Core Processor

these are the main components and i was thinking of taking everything else of my old rig, could u guys suggest a decent power supply that would suffice the requirements as well as provide juice to my graphic card?

Can't go wrong with these two regarding to their price and quality. Seasonic is also my favorite, but they has been high lately.
