If you open the start menu and type msconfig, then click on that, then go to the Startup tab. You will see everything that runs when your computer boots, anything with Microsoft in the manufacturer is a vital component of Windows and shouldn't be deleted.

On the Services tab, check the box that says Hide all Microsoft Services, and the remaining entries are services that aren't necessary for Windows to run.

Alternatively, have you tried Soluto Its a brilliant program and shows you what's in your startup files, how long each of those entries takes to start up, and which ones you can't disable. It also allows you to delay startup of some entries to speed up your boot time

Hope this is what you're after!

This is probably as close as it gets:
Download PC Decrapifier 2.2.6 Free - The application is designed to remove a specific list unwanted software in an unattended fashion - Softpedia

Note that any time you uninstall a bunch of stuff at once you may have problems.
Also many of the AV programs like Norton won't just go away when you uninstall.
You have to download their specific "removal tool" to get all the stuff related to
Norton off. I had to run the Norton Removal Tool a few times and still my system
was waiting around for Norton drivers no longer on the system to load during boot.

You might have to manually clean off some registry crap(safest I know of is CCleaner to clean registry after using Norton Removal Tool.) It's not just Norton. There are other apps like Nero Burning ROM that have "removal tools."
