Network security key

ok i am all new to this computer and stuff so i dont know much about it so plzz help me. I have a desktop and a lapotop that works fine but i bought a new laptop and i tried to go to internet in that laptop but it keeps asking me for network security key and i have no idea what it is.... so plzzz help me how do i find it.... i tried reseting it but i dont think it works...
mine was Ehome and now its Tree.. Model EH100 and on the router it says WAN and WLAN... plzz i have no idea what this means but help me.
