network does not auto-connect when resume from sleep

network does not automatically connect when I resume from sleep. I have to either restart computer or manually disable then reenable the wired and wireless connections. Both are set so that the computer does not save power by turning them off and both do not automatically wake the computer from sleep (that is not an issue). Any ideas?

dang. I figured this one out by myself. well, nevermind then.

I enabled S3 & S1 in Bios and went into network connections>local area connection>properties>configure>Advanced [tab]>wakeonlan from poweroff set to disabled
