My 15-year-daughter has apparently locked herself out of her laptop. Here's the deal: She has a Toshiba with Windows Vista home premium. The screen before me is blue, with a avatar of a soccer/football and her name below that. There is a line for a password, but when we enter the password, we get a message that "the user name or password is incorrect."

Unfortunately, she did not put her password on a disc or a stick drive. How can I get into her system to reset the password? Short of that, how can I reboot and save her data?

Thanks.
