Ok guys as you may know Windows XP has a list of services and one of them include one that is called "messenger", a Quick question

How do i enable or get this service in Windows Vista ?

I currently have = Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit , I also have Windows XP on my other PC.

this is the services im talking about > rigth click computer > manage > services and applications > services.

Once you have opened your services, scroll down to messenger, right hand click on the service and chose one of the following options ( start-up type) from the drop down menu...
1 Automatic
2 Manual

I take it, it is already disabled?

Thats the whole problem , there is no "messenger" service in windows vista i can't find it

There is no such service in Vista. It has been explicitely removed because there was a lot of malicious abuse of the service.
