Need help waking up computer
My computer sleeps or hibernates even though the option is turned off. I can not wake it up without rebooting the computer. I move the mouse and press keys on the keyboard but nothing wakes it up. Any ideas?

check in the device manager for you mouse and keyboard and check that the power options tab has the allow this device to wake computer selected.
as for sleep mode don't forget to check through all the options in control panel - power options- change when the computer sleeps - advanced options
you may also want to check that there are no sleep options in the bios.
if no luck post back and i'll see what else i can suggest. it is rather latehere now so may not post for a few hours
