need help reformatting old hard drive

I've a new hard drive that I just installed x64 ultimate on.

My old hard drive has x32 Ultimate on it.

I want to wipe / reformat the old drive and use it as a storage drive, but I am not sure how to do so.

Hi Kirel,

Welcome to Vista Forums.

You can just have your old hard drive plugged into the computer as usual. To format it, you can open the Start menu and click on Computer. Right click on the old hard drive's letter and click Format. From there you can give a volume name and decided on a quick or full format. Both format the drive, but full does a thorough job of formating.
