ok so i had to start up windows in safe mode using msconfig...
but now when i try to stop windows from starting up in safe mode i go into msconfig i am able to uncheck safe mode but then i go back into the general tab of msconfig and selective start up is checked but then when i uncheck it, under the boot tab safe mode is checked again.
it's like when i have on thing unchecked the other thing gets checked automatically but i can't get it so that windows starts normally without safe mode...
