My Computer

Right Click on My computer and select Manage.

That will open Computer management.

In Computer management click on Disk Management on the Left side.

In that it will open the Hard Disk's Partions

Right Click on the Unallocated or whatever size of the partition which you want to get working and select Change Drive Letters or Paths.

Allocate the partition a letter by clicking add and select any letter from the drop down menu and press Next Button.

That's it
The missing partition or Drive will be available in Computer.
