My computer wont turn on properly!

Hi

I got a vista basic hooked it up to my 42 inch tv, changed the resolution on a little montior, and work ok...

Stopped using it .

Got everything back lto life ike year later, hooked it up to small monitor not having it at all. hooked it back up to big tv, bell logo comes up about safe mode, goes then to a digainsis says nothing wrong.

I did system restore hoping by magic it would reset everything and ill just go on small montior, not doing that!

I can get command prompt up but everything i try never works any ideas please, would mean the world to me.

Did you hook it back up to the small monitor to change the resolution back to a supported resolution for your T.V.? If that doesnt work, did you press F8 at POST and go into Safe Mode and try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver?
