My Computer Won't Load. Please Help.

I have a Gateway ML6720 that run's on Windows Vista. Everytime I turn it on, It displays this message:

PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: Exiting PXE ROM.
Operating System not found

Whats wrong with my computer? PLEASE HELP!

This message is the computer trying to boot from a network.
