music folders

Hi,
Im currently organising the folders in my music and keep losing the columns I set up. For example,when Im in a particular album Iam arranging them so I can see artist,title,track number,etc. Each time I go back in to them,default columns appear so as rating,genre,etc.

How do I save these for good?
