Well , I do think it is a good product. I had it for a while , but it would never automatically scan even though I had it set to scan on particular days and times. I had to tell it to scan. Also , there were never any record in the History where it had scanned. I got tired of manually telling it to scan , so I uninstalled it and now use Comodo Security Premium. I have had no problems with COMODO.

Although mse does not start as scheduled on its own it remain a viable anti-virus in the current market. It's performance in keeping the system secure is boosted by a full version of malwarebytes anti-malware.

I have the paid version of SuperantiSpyware Pro , free Malwarebyters , Windows Defender , and COMODO Internet Security Premium . I also Have the free version of Win Patrol which I would never be without , as it has saved me several times. To me , Win Patrol is priceless. If it becomes no longer free , then I will buy it , as I find it indispensible. So I should be well covered lol.

Rich, I need some advice. I was running AVG Internet Security along with Malwarebytes and there was never a problem. I deleted the AVG paid antivirus along with Malwarebytes and I am running MSE. There seems be be a discussion of conflict if I can run Malwarebytes with it also as I did with the AVG.
Is the free Malwarebytes real time protection?
Would it be safe to run it with MSE?
Is MSE all that I need for system protection?
Thank You.

Im using MSE and the paid Malwarbytes that I won in a contest. The paid version has real time scanning the free does not. I can exclude MB from MSE and there is no conflict. There is not conflict with MSE and the free MB. The free MB is just for weekly scanning.
For best protection use
MSE Malwarebytes, the Windows Firewall
and eset online. Then if you use common sense you will be all set.

Thank You Rich, here is a list of what I am using for security and utilities.
MSE
Malwarebytes, weekly
Eset online scan, once or twice a month (just downloaded it and first scan was clean).
Windows Firewall
Automatic updating, on
User Account Control, on
Ccleaner, for Temp. internet files,History,Cookies, Recently Typed URLs, Clipboard and Chkdsk File Fragments. All registry items unchecked.
Defraggler
TuneUp Utilities 2011 but have it checked to run without cleaning the registry.
Note: I went to the rescue center and restored the last 3 months that it had cleaned and some were Registry items.Guess what, My media player is working right now, boy was I supprised.
I also use Macriun Reflect to make a shadow copy to my external disk anytime I have made important changes to my system, like now.
I think thats about it, and as you have said stay away from registry cleaning unless you know that area inside out, and also if your running Ccleaner leave the Memory Dumps, Windows Logs and Error Reporting alone if your having problems or want to see what happened when you do have one. Also uncheck the Empty Recycle Bin, you can do that on your own after viewing the items.
Again Thank You Rich for all the good advise.:p I love this Forum!!
Rich, if you see anything else that I need or do please let me know.

You have 2 very important pieces missing; my favs
One is Secuni PSI. It tell you about any updates that are out for your software
The second is WinPatrol
It will tell you if any unauhorized change is being made to your system as well as many other nice features
I would not use that tune up thing

Hey Alert
Dont leave your speakers on while using the computer; Scotty will bark and you will jump out of your skin.

To late just found out.
Is there a tutor on how to use Scotty? I will check to see if I can find one. Some of the features I understand.
Also I will not renew my subscription on the TuneUp Utilities but I am so glad that it had a rescue center.
Everything seems to be ok and the computer is working fine.
Just tell Scotty to keep that BSOD away from it but if I get one I know who to call and it's not Gostbusters.
Thanks again Rich, the advice and help has been superb.
