Mouse frezer

Hi , I keep haveinmg a problem with the screen frizzing while usin my mouse. I have replace the mouse 3 times , but I keep haveing this problem. The mouse are all conneted though the usb plug for the mouse socket.
Any advice Cheers Marc

Have you tried connecting through the usb instead of the ps/2 and what kind of mouse is it.
