Mitek won't install

Ok, here it goes. I'm new to Vista I work on a propriatary "cad" software called Mitek. according to Mitek they support windows vista, but only the business version of the software. well it is tough to find an off the shelf computer with vista business and i was told by a reputable source that there is no reason that any software shouldn't work with ultimate if it works with business. is this true?
