Missing files & folders in start menu

Hello, I'm running Vista Home Premium x64 and I'm aware that there are two program files folders. When I go to Start > All Programs, I can view what is in my Program Files folder, but now what is in my Program Files(x86) folder. Is there any way to edit the registry so that My start menu will show all files in BOTH program files folders? Or perhaps there is an option somewhere in Control Panel to change this?

If those aren't options, would it be possible to combine my 2 program files folders into one, or would that mess up x64's 32 bit emulator?

All my programs and things just automatically get installed to the x86 folder, so I just don't worry about it. I would NOT combine them, just in case it does do something bad, though I dont think it would.

They should automatically be there. Mine are....

You could right click on the exec and select pin to start menu... I Think....
