Minoru 3d webcam
Hi Danny,
Welcome to Vista Forums!
Such information is not available in the Users Guide or anywhere on the Minoru website - and I couldn't find it anywhere else (and doubt anyone but them would have such information as it is likely to be considered proprietary). I recommend you contact them by phone or e-mail:
Contact Us and see if they can help you.
To be honest, I believe you're going to end up just getting another webcam in the long run - but if you want to see if Minoru can assist you first (or perhaps have facilities to repair it) or want to try a reputable local computer repair shop (which will both probably cost so much that getting a replacement will be the better choice), then that's your choice to make.
Sorry, but we have no more access to such information than you do - and you have a better chance than we do as a customer and owner of the product.
I hope this helps (even if it's really only a referral to the manufacturer).
Good luck!
