Microsoft will not open jpegs

Hi there i'm new here and was just wandering if anybody knows why my photo gallery, microsoft office and paint will no longer open jpeg files?

Even more maddening it does open most jpegs, however i've noticed it specifically doesn't open jpegs that have been created with photoshop. First time i've had this problem is today.

Matt, you may be having a problem with Java. Why don't you check and see if your Java app is working properly? To find out if Java is working on your system visit: Test your Java Virtual Machine (JVM), and then, if not, go to the Java website for the most recent Java downloads. See all Java downloads here.


Also, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your Photoshop? Sometimes apps get corrupted, and reinstalling can clear the problem.
