I'm hoping that someone will know how it might be possible to reposition the menu bar in a standard Vista window so that it appears directly under the tool bar - as it always did in "classic" Windows.
I know that there is a registry hack to do the same thing in IE7, which I have used.
I prefer the "classic" Windows user interface and I want to replicate it perfectly with some of the advantages that Vista brings.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
