Media player problem

When I try to play a video at itv.com or virginradio.co.uk, all I get is the downloading bar and to close the window I have to kill it in task manager. Similarly for audio at capitalradio.com.
Can anyone help please?

Yep, been there, done it!

Fixed the problem, uninstalled AVG and installed Avast.
