You need to set the security permissions on your programdata folder to include your xbox and it should work.

Right click it (Programdata) go to properties, than click on Security.
Then click on edit to change permissions.
then add, and a box will open, click on the locations button, and then you should see your xbox on the network. Click it and then give it read/wright permissions. Save and it should be working after that.
