Maplestory and Combat Arms both do not work.

I know I have a bad Graphics chip/card (Graphic Media Accelerator 950), so every time I try to play it, it either doesn't work, crashes, freezes up the computer, or, more recently, triggers the infamous blue screen. Is there any way (compatibility mode doesn't work), I could make these work? or could I at least get a suggestion as to what would make it work(even if it is low class)?

really, those are my favorite games, and I either have to play maplestory on my little brother's tiny netbook, or go to my friend's house. it REALLY bugs me.

help please?
