Wow. Good news.
It's horrible seeing something like this happen anywhere in the world, even so far away.

I'm nowhere near a major fault line. Closest spot to me is supposedly in Southern Illionis, but never consider yourself safe. We had a tremor reach from that fault a few years ago, all the way up into Wisconsin. Freaked me out because it was the first one I actually remember experiencing.

It can happen to anyone, anytime. I hope the casualty count doesn't keep climbing. Nice to hear that a fellow member is ok.

This one was bad as it was only 5km deep.
