macronix driver

hi can any one help me please ,ive just done a new install on my pc with windows vista ,im having problems as i cant find a vista compatable driver for my ethernet card its a macronix mx98715 please could anyone tell me where to get a vista driver for it or help me in anyway ,would be very gratefull many thanks ,gavin

thank you for sending me the link ive tried downloading the driver and it lets me install so far then stops saying something about the inf file wont allow
