Lots of consistent BSOD crashes

I am experiencing a number of consistent BSOD crashes - they are not caused my opening any programs/files/drivers but are spontaneous - the consistent thing in the crashes is their regularity. SF Diagnostic Tool was run and results attached.

These errors are experienced on an Asus PC with a Windows7 OS.

Really appreciate everyone's help on checking out these crashes and letting me know what you think the errors are. Thank you so much.

First you have Vista SP1, update to the most current SP2.
Then report back if you still get the BSODs

Rich, I am running Windows7. There is no SP2 for Windows7 available
