Lost Stationery

I was using the Stationery that came with my Windows Vista Mail, had one i was using under Compose. I would open to write an email and the Stationery would be on there. One day a message came up and said it could not find my stationery or there wasn't any. I checked under Compose, Stationery, nothing in the folder. I checked by message using, nothing there. I used the Wizard, nothing, all it wants to do is add a photo or have me pick a color background. Change font. I have since downloaded several times from MS Vista Windows Mail website Valentines Stationery. It will come up that it needs to do it again, something about compatibility, it downloads again, i go to Windows mail and the Stationery Folder is still empty. The only thing i have been able to do is establish the Color of font, style and Background Color. I would love to have the Small hands in multi color pastels that i was using, that was included in Windows Mail. That would make me very happy. If someone could explain to me how to retrieve my Stationery Folder and add more varieties, i would be very appreciative.

Thanks Mitchell. I will give that a try. Now when i reset it, will i lose all of my Email? I have lots of email stored in my folders. I guess i had better find the answer to that first. Thanks for your help.
