Login using Omnipass in Vista and then LG intelligent Update cannot work!

I need help. I got a laptop - LG S510 Windows Vista buisness recently. It works fine not until I activated the Omnipass fingerprint log in. When I logged in Vista using Omnipass fingerprint, the LG intelligent update cannot run. It gives me a message 75???/?????. Instead, it works fine if I login by typing the password. Can anybody helps me?

I am using Omnipass 5.0.
