Latitude d620 driver installation error

Hello-

Recently I was given an older laptop, it's about a year old. It's a Dell latitude d620, running an nVidia Quadro 110m NVS. Today, I attempted to update the video drivers and received the following error:

"nVidia setup could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit."

While perusing for an answer, Laptopvideo2go.com suggested I needed to install what's called a modded .inf file in order for the installation to complete. Does anyone know how to do this? I looked all over for an answer, or better yet the actual .inf file that I need to replace, and came up empty handed. Anyone know where I can find an .inf file for the most recent video drivers? I use Vista 32 bit, by the way.

Thanks-

After googling for an answer, I thought what was the driver and modded .inf file I needed was available. Now it's recognizing a different video card.
