Laptop retarts ramdomly and other

Hi,
Whenever i take out the usb from my laptop is just restarts on its own how do i fix this problem? Also, when i transfer my korean songs from pc to laptop all the korean comes out as symbols but on my pc it looks normal... please help me thank you

First the usb, how are you removing it? are you waiting for the safely remove? Then the korean songs showing as symbols. I would suspect one machine has krean language pack and the other does not.

both of them have korean on it but i dont know why korean wont appear haha and yes i safely remove it. i get bluescreened wen i do take it out... iono if this information will help or not

Post the .dmp files in .zip folder or take a look at the guide in my sig. Are the languge packs installed? This has some info on MUI installations:

when i go to korean websites i can see the letters i can also type korean and random songs are in korean... but theres still ones tat are all symbols...
