As above, I'm getting kernel32.dll error trying to launch Crysis Warhead, any idea how to fix this issue.

I installed my game as usual from CD, I installed it before on XP and it was running smooth, I also tried to instal STALKER Clear Sky few minutes ago and I recived the same error with kernel32.dll
I have all the latest drivers available from manufacturers websites for all components.
