Keep Window on Top

I'm a java developer. I have an external application that I have to call from within my app. Once the external app is called if you click on the parent app, the other is then hidden. I was using a command line program called "winontop" that I supply the name of the window that I want kept on top. Unfortunately this program does not work with Vista.

Does anyone have advice on how I could get resolve this issue or know of another program that I could use in place of winontop. I've seen in other Forums mention of Filebox eXtender, however this program is not command line based like I need.

Thanks,
Derek

Try NirCmd. It's free. And command line based. You can easily set a winontop attribute by window name or class in one line. I often use it in .cmd files so that I don't have to remember the parameters.
