junk files and registry errors

hi everyone
i am not sure if i am in the right forum.
i was recommended to use the auslogics disk defragmenter.
I have just used it and in the system health menu it tells me that i have
252 junk files and 144 registry errors.
how do I fix these problems

Run a sfc scan first.
Go to start search type cmd,hold shift and ctrl and press enter
type sfc /scannow in the box that opens
run it up to three times if errors are found.

    Weakest part of my computer is the graphics chipset. Only ever used a laptop. Also use USB Freeview TV Card Lenovo Docking Station External Speakers Other bits a pieces as needed

Download and use ccleaner.
Untick the registry section, unless you are proficient in that area.
