issuing AT commands in Vista to mobile phone though usb port

how do i issue an AT commands in Vista to mobile phone though usb port.

make sure you have drivers for your phone installed in vista and it should work.

Dear Fedrdrs and all,

1. i installed the mobile phone (Motorolla MotomaxxQ9) driver
2. connected the mobile phone through the usb port
3. then issued the AT command.
4. the platform is windows vista

this did not work. how else do i acchieve this
