isdn drivers

Hi guys, for starting i wanna give my excuses for my bad english and knowedge about pc but i'll do my best.
I got an isdn connection and when i've changed my pc i got blue screen with the error irql_less_or_equal caused from isdn.sys file.
I've try to change modem (from hamlet modem to trust isdn modem) and so (from xp to vista) but i got always the same error.
