Is it possible to setup RAID, and then install Vista via a Windows Complete Backup?

I have just manage to competely mess up my comp and I plan on reinstalling vista. Just to ask, is it possible to setup RAID and then install vista via a Windows Complete Backup and have it work in RAID?

Possibly. You would need to have the RAID drivers installed to work. I would do a backup to an external source.
