hey all,
i am building a gaming pc and was wondering would 2gb of ram be enough for gaming on xp.
i want to play games such as gta 4 , crysis , dirt , grid ect.
im not to bothered about ultra high settings , i just want good framerates and decent graphics :)

just look at my sys spec for extra info.

2 gigs of ram should be plenty.

IMO another GB of RAM would go down a treat with the games you mentioned, they're pretty intensive.;)

my own install of GTA4 uses over 4GB while ''in-game'', & Crysis is just a resource hog.

just go with 4GB (2x2GB board permitting), you wont be disappointed (even if the OS cant use it all) :)
