IPv4/6 Not Connected, device not shown in ipconfig /all

No network connection connects. wired or wireless on my laptop.
Device manager does not have any devices with red/yellow issues.

The ethernet device Realtek PCIeGBE does not show in ipconfig
Connection status says limited connection, IPv4 and IPv6 not connected

ipconfig /all and ipconfig /renew yield the following:

Please lend your assistance, this happened first after a windows update, then rolled back updates to fix. No it happened when I disabled windows Test Mode and I can't get it to resolve.

Nope restore points fixed it when it happened before, but not this time. Ended up reinstalling windows as there seemed to be no fix!

Interesting, so it was a software issue and not the hardware ? i was going to ask you to next check the network card for proper driver or/and to reinstall that driver. Glad you have it working and thanks for posting back results of what solved your issue and Thanks for bringing the issue here, although i did not offer you a fix for your issue.
