Ip adress conflicts error message

I have IP adress conflict on my Server active directory domain settings. I am unable to identify which of the computers on my network that is causing this problem.

How do i identify the particular computer in the network

How can i make the server to display all the workstation computer IP adreses at a time.

How can i make the server to display all the workstation computer IP adreses at a time.

Assign another ip to the server, Open command prompt and type

nbtstat -a (type the ip address which is confligt with other machine) and enter.

Like nbtstat -a 127.0.0.1 It will give you the name of the computer which is using the ip address.
