IP Address.

I've gone throught loads of tutorials on how to change your ip address such as CMD.

My IP address does not wants to change.
I have wireless internet connection LAN and internet provider is chello.

If you can help me out I realy appreciate it.

Have you checked to make sure its not static?

try
ipconfig/ flushdns
