Internet Shortcut Zip

Something I've never seen happened yesterday and I'm wondering if someone can shed some light on this this. I was navigating the desktop and don't really even know which mouse button I pushed, but suddenly the enclosed screenshot(capture.JPG) appeared. I clicked on it and a window appeared with the option "extract all files". I clicked on this option and got the other screenshot (capture2.JPG.). Incidentally at that exact time the internet and cable TV went out. I called Comcast, my provider of both services, and they said there was a problem in my area and all service would be restored in a few hours, which it was. Everything has worked fine since then but I'm still curious about these 2 files. I guess it's ok to delete them? Just something I've never seen happen before. Thanks......Fred

Not sure what case or cooling means. Could not find in any documentation. The keyboard is the standard that comes with the HP Slimline.
I don't know how you got there but, since you unzipped the .zip file and got the shortcut you can delete the .zip icon. You can also delete the other if you wish. Both of them are just shortcuts to the .exe file and the .exe file will still reside in the appropriate folder on the drive. I assume the IE shortcut works. If you don't already have it on your task bar, you could move it there and delete it from the desktop. Just reduces clutter.
