Internet connectivity problems

Hi ,
I also have a connectivity problem ( My OS is Windows 7)
Whenever I try to connect to the internet using the administrator account it says that the internet was unable to display the page.
However , when I use the guest account I have no problems with connecting.
I have tried testing the TCP/ICP configuration using PING and everything seems normal.
Can anyone please help?

If not, open a new administrator account, if the internet works, your account is corrupt. The easy way is to transfer everything over and use the new account or keep the old account and give yourself permission to use the programs etc in the new account.
