Insufficnt Sieystem Resources Exist to Complete the driver install

Please help
I inserted a Sky star 2 PCI card and windows is registering it and starts the driver install process but then this happens :
"windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service"
The card is fully functional I tested it. HELPPPPPP
I run Vista Ultimate 64 bit Q9550 4GB ram 1 TB hard .

Welcome
Right click on the task bar to bring up task manager, look at performance, how much memory is available and free. If that looks like it does not have problems. Go to event viewer and look for errors that occured during the download period, if none then try to download in clean boot and if necessary safe mode with networking. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

I suspect that if you have enough memory, there is a conflict that is causing the problem. Hopefully it will be resolved with clean boot.

It is more then half free

But
Only about 31 mb free. I think that might be the problem. What is using all the ram?

Y freed the ram bu the problem is still there
