Installing x32bit to a x64 bit vista help?

Well , My laptop that I've bought came with a pre-installation of Windows Vista x32 home premium. I'm trying to install the x64 bit version because it's a 64bit processor. How do I do this ? I have the x32 bit product key that should work on the x64 bit version?

Some manufacturers give a free 64 bits installation dvd as an upgrade. Call your manufacturer and ask. If not, you will have to buy another vista.
