I recently purchase a new Toshiba laptop, with Windows 7 OS and only about a week later, this message popped up during a reboot. I was applying a "windows update" and the computer was stuck at "setup is starting services" and then it pops up a message saying "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error." All other forums explain something about Windows 7 being installed, but I wasn't in the process of installing the operating system, it was only an update. Every time I click "OK" on the message, it restarts the computer but stops at the same message, and over and over again. I'm not really sure what I should do. Some sites say to get a CD and run an install of it, but my computer came with the operating system preloaded and not with a CD, so I don't have direct access to a Windows 7 installation disc. Any help would be appreciated.
